We love music, and apparently, Jakob Steinmo and Mathias Frøyhaug does too. They’ve been hard at work, collecting some of the best upbeat tracks of the last six decades. With this playlist/collection pounding in the background, we’re getting that weekend feeling! We hope you do too.

Dear football fans. Or soccer fans. There’s finally a sweet spot for you on Kontribit. After Gui Seiz, Creative Director at Stinkdigital got hold of an invite to Kontribit, he’s taken on the task to create a huge collection of football legends. Or, a blast from the past, as he stated himself.
It’s a real treat, a great collection. We’re happy to see it and a warm welcome to Gui!

Tight Interactive (Gjermund Gustavsen and Anders Svendal) has created a rather awesome collection. It’s their favorite questions and topics from Quora. With custom made icons for each post.
Kontribit is not only about sharing beautiful images of interior and graphic design, or showcasing the funniest lolcats (even though we do that too). It’s about curation and interests. To share with people that has similar interests. And we think Tight nailed it. They’ve also taken on the task to teach our community on how to «brew like a pro».

Did you know that on Kontribit, you can customize your collection in two different ways? We’ve created a view perfect for visual collections and another one for those who are keen on telling a bit more. You can change it by clicking on the pencil icon in your collection (top right corner).
The visual one creates a stunningly beautiful layout, meant to showcase beautiful photos, graphics or similar — and remove all noise. Here’s a few examples on collections with this purpose at hand, they’re great.
If you want your collection to have a more magazine look, with nice titles and/or descriptions, you can go for the «text and images» presentation mode. This works really well for some collections:
